The Employee Assistance Professional’s Guide to Screening, Brief Intervention and Treatment is designed to match your needs and your schedule. Independent Study Course – This Independent Study Course will be available Summer 2011 and includes: Educational webinars – check back often for more scheduled webinars! Face-to-face trainings – check back often for more scheduled live trainings! The full Employee Assistance Professional’s Guide to Screening, Brief Intervention and Treatment Training Program is designed to take 4 to 6 hours. However, it can be scaled to match the time available for training, the level of prior skill and knowledge of learners, and the depth of skills to be acquired. Segments can be presented as 60 or 90 minute trainings, the highpoints of the entire program in an hour webinar, or in-depth skills building workshops over one or two days face-to-face. The online training program will available from the six national associations representing clinicians: EAPA, EASNA, NAADAC, ASAM, AAAP, and the Center for Clinical Social Work. Many of the EAP companies participating in the BIG Initiative are promoting the training for their network affiliates and have posted links to the training program on their websites. |
